This lovely apartment is located in the very heart of historic Rome, just a few paces from the Spanish Steps. It has a prime location near the famous Inghliterra Hotel, and the wonderful designer shops of the via Condotti, the via della Croce where you can find cafes, and little restaurants, truly the quintessential Roman location.
This deluxe apartment is located on the 3rd Floor (American designation) with elevator, ( narrow elevator); It is about 1300 sq feet, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms.

ENTRY HALL - A coat rack is located on the left as you enter. The door on the left leads to the first bedroom. On the right are two doors leading to the living room. At the end of the entry hall there is a large window overlooking Via Bocca di Leone.

LIVING ROOM– As you enter the living room you will find a lovely large fireplace. It is an eco-friendly gas burning unit that can be easily operated via a switch located between the window and the television.
On the left there is a lovely the dining room table set for four. It can easily be extended to accommodate eight. The divan on the right converts into a very comfortable sofa bed.

With your back to the fireplace you can see the door to the entry hall and the first bedroom. The living room has a television with satellite reception and a DVD player that can use American and European format DVDs. The apartment is wired for high speed Internet.

FIRST BEDROOM - The queen-sized bed is situated in the corner. It can be separated into two single beds.
EN SUITE BATHROOM AND CLOSET The bathroom is reached through the closet area. It is equipped with a Jacuzzi tub as well as fixed and hand-held shower head. Closet doors have been removed for easy access for the traveling guest.

SECOND BEDROOM - This is a lovely bedroom near the back of the apartemnt,the window of the master bedroom opens onto a small covered terrace. Because it overlooks an interior courtyard itʼs very quiet.
SECOND BEDROOM CLOSET. This small room overlooks the same covered terrace as the master bedroom and contains a closet with a safe and a small desk.
SECOND BEDROOM BATH:
This bathroom features French windows that overlook the interior courtyard. It is light and airy, has fixed and hand-held shower heads and a Jacuzzi tub.

KITCHEN You reach the kitchen and breakfast area from the living room via a short hallway. Both rooms take advantage of natural light.The kitchen is well designed, featuring marble work tops, original 18th century decorative tiles and waxed black-stone walls and floor. The kitchen is equipped with a two burner cook top, microwave oven, dishwasher, small refrigerator/freezer and a drip coffee maker. Pots, pans, dishes and flatware are available for my guests to use BREAKFAST AREA This sunny area is located next to the kitchen on a glass enclosed veranda overlooking a peaceful courtyard. On the right is a closet behind which youʼll find the laundry area.
