DAY 1- BEVAGNA
Arrival in Bevagna and check in at the Hotel. Time at disposal to
visit the lovely historical centre of Bevagna. Welcome dinner. Overnight.

DAY 2 - SPELLO
In the morning excursion to Spello for the visit of this very well
preserved typical village with Roman monuments and beautiful frescos.
In the afternoon the guests will have their first cooking class.
The Chef will teach how to prepare Umbrian dishes using typical
Umbrian products. Dinner and overnight.
DAY 3 - MONTEFALCO
Buffet breakfast. In the morning we suggest a visit to Montefalco,
also called the "Balcony of Umbria" for its wonderful
panoramic views over the Umbrian Valley. Visit the Museum of St.
Francis with the restored beautiful frescos of Benozzo Gozzoli.
A wine tasting in a local wine cellar will follow. In the afternoon
guests will attend their second cooking class. Dinner and overnight.
DAY 4 - DEPARTURE
Buffet breakfast and departure.
NET RATE PER PERSON: EURO 495 on the base of 2 people, double occupancy.

*Accommodation in a beautiful restored ancient building converted
into a 3 stars superior hotel. All rooms with private bathroom,
telephone, TV, Air Conditioned. The hotel is located in the centre
of Bevagna, a town of great historical and archaeological interest,
at just 15 km from Assisi and 20 from Spoleto.
*3 typical Umbrian dinners (drinks excluded)
