On the ground floor each room has access to the garden through large, French windows. The main entryway leads to the stairs to the upper floor, and to a back room with laundry facilities, as well as to the first study/living room, which is adjacent to a bathroom and a closet. The first lounge has a fireplace with a stone chimney, and leads to a pleasant dining room, which finally leads you to the very large kitchen equipped with another stone fireplace. The kitchen has a dining area with a grand table in Tuscan wood. The beautiful apartments only in July and August have access to the beautiful park (1000 mt.) and the swimming pool (18mt. x 8 mt.) of the adjacent Villa. They are equipped with independent heating, telephone, satellite TV, washing machine, dish washer, freezer, security alarm connected to the police, night surveillance, the kitchen is provided with microwave oven and crockery ( dishes, pots, pans, etc.).
