large 100 hectare estate produces olive oil from its age-old
olive trees and it's grapevines produce some of the famous
Chianti wines. There are ample paths to walk the area and
see the fields and woods of the ancient
Etruscan settlements. Sunning and swimming at the pool, visiting
local medieval hill towns, cooking lessons or vineyard visits,
biking or horseback riding. These are but a few of the many

There are 10 charming cottage accommodations available for
rent, which have
been restored preserving the traditional tuscan style. Each
one is furnished
with every modern convenience to make your stay most comfortable.
The
handmade terra-cotta tiles, and open wood beams radiate the
local tuscan
flavour. Accommodations are fully furnished.
 The
cottages on the castle grounds radiate the tuscan country

Frullacchia is located on the ground floor of one of the
houses of the farm establishment. It consists of a sitting
room furnished with antique furniture
and Kilim carpets, a small kitchen area, a double bedroom
and bathroom with a shower. This accommodation, one of the
smaller of the 10, shares a beautiful view of the Chianti
hills perfect for a romantic getaway Casa Giotto is located
on the first floor of one of the village farmhouses. Its contains
a huge living room which has been divided into a sitting room
with fireplace and two single sofa beds, as well as a dining
area and a kitchen area. Its also has a double bedroom and
bathroom with jacuzzi, all of which is decorated with antique
furniture and modern paintings.
 The
farmhouse Villa Il Poggio is the largest cottage consisting
of 2 levels with views of the Chianti hills and olive groves
from every room. On the first floor there is a large living
room with fireplace, a bath with shower, a sitting room, a
huge kitchen, a dining room. The second floor provides a sitting
room, three bedrooms, two bathrooms. You also have the option
of adding residence Il Poggio which offers a park, a gym and
pool for private use.
 How
to reach us:
From Pisa Airport: Return to Florence on the Motorway or superstrada,
and proceed onto the A-1, direction Rome. Take the Firenze
Certosa exit, and proceed onto the Firenze-Sienna Superstrada,
heading towards Siena. Take the Bargino exit, and then continue
right, following the indications for the Castello. From Rome,
Milan, or Florence Airports: Proceed to Florence on the A-1,
exiting at Firenze Certosa, follow on as above.
