The location of the property, surrounded by olive groves, is both tranquil and beautiful with magnificent views. Despite its private and quiet position, it is only 15 minutes' drive to the center of the medieval town of Lucca and 25 minutes to the coast and beaches. The house has recently been tastefully restored, retaining the original beamed ceilings and using antique cotto floor tiles. At the same time, it is very well equipped with all modem comforts. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. The interior has been furnished in a very attractive country house style.
