This house, also situated on the Mansi Bernardini estate, used to be the hayloft for the farm. The property was still being restored when the brochure was printed (and for this reason the pictures of the property cannot be shown) but, knowing the other properties on this estate, Buonvisi, Bernardini, Casa Maria and 11 Leccio, we are confident of the high standard of the restoration. Every bedroom will have an en-suite bathroom, air conditioning and telephone. The house is also provided with satellite TV, VCR and hi-fi system. The huge living room with open-plan kitchen and dining area, opens on to the garden where, among the olive groves, and overlooking the plain of Lucca, the swimming pool will be installed. The maid who takes care of the villas is also an excellent cook and, on request, she is available to cook local dishes.
