Gli Oleandri, Tuscany Lucca

Gli Oleandri is an old hayloft which has been beautifully converted into a villa. It is located in a peaceful position in the Luccan hills just 6 kms from the historic city of Lucca. The views from the house and terrace are spectacular. The owners of this property live there themselves during the winter months and have restored the house to a very high standard. By using traditional materials such as wood and terracotta, the character of the house has been retained. At the same time it has been equipped with all modem facilities and tastefully furnished with antiques. There are terraces on both sides of the house, one of which is used as an outside eating area during the summer. There is also a covered terrace with table tennis. A lovely swimming pool has recently been installed about 50 metros from the house.
