 The
Grand Hotel Minerva, which is located on Piazza Santa Maria Novella,
is a perfect blend of old and new. Located in the historical center
of Florence, part of the hotel dates back to the 17th Century. Renovations
in the mid 1990's added all modern comforts, such as double paned
glass on the windows, satellite television, designated
