La Capinera, Tuscany Inland

This charming, small house, recently, completely restored from what was once an old hayloft, is part of; working farm. The main farmhouse close to the property remains for the moment unoccupied. It is located in; very quiet position 3 kms away from the village of Montopoli, in, particularly beautiful and, as yet undiscovered area. The house is surrounded by a very large and well maintained flat garden filled with local plants, and assessed through an electric gate. The garden is fenced all around, making it very safe for children, and there is also a children's play area. To one side of the house is a covered terrace, furnished for outdoor dining, and with a built-in barbecue close by. The property is an ideal holiday base for a small family wanting a holiday in complete peace and privacy. La Capinera is also a good base to explore Tuscany, being conveniently located only 10 kms from a highway connecting Pisa and Florence. Both can be reached in approximately half an hour's drive and San Gimignano is 40 kms away.
