 Three
independent houses and seven apartments form the Agriturismo complex
- all recently renovated using only authentic materials such as wooden
beams and stone. They are all completely furnished including kitchen, private bathrooms, and central heating in order to offer guests maximum comfort in the calm of the Tuscan countryside. The main aim in the renovation was to allow as much independence and privacy as possible, even in the cooking. However, should you wish to interact with other guests, there is a main living room at your disposal with an oven and a large fireplace as well as an open air area where you can socialise over a roast or perhaps even a home made pizza. B) Azalea: (37 square m. 2+1 persons). Situated in front of the
swimming pool. There is a living room, bedroom with 3 bed places,
small kitchen and bathroom Very romantic and quiet location with
the same view as Abelia. Ideal for a family of 3, a couple or maybe
friends. Furnished similar to Abelia.
D) Ginepro: (25 square m. 2 persons). Apartment on the first floor.
There is a living room, bedroom, kitchen corner and bathroom. Quiet
location, views of the forest, this apartment are the ideal base
for those who want to move about on excursions. Antique furniture,
original typical Tuscan floors and wooden beams. E) Ginestra: (38 square m. 2+1 persons). Apartment situated on
the first floor with view over the swimming pool, medieval castle
and from the rear there is s view over the forest. This very luminous
apartment with panoramic views is furnished similar to Abelia. F) Iris: (32 square m. 2+1 persons). Apartment situated on the
first floor with view over the swimming pool, and furnished similar
to Abelia. There is a living room, bedroom, small kitchen and bathroom.
Romantic location, quiet with panoramic views over the valleys,
the medieval castle and the swimming pool.
H) Ortensia: (190 square m. 6+2 persons). Detached house on 2 floors.
There is a living room with fireplace and kitchen on the ground
floor and on the first floor you will find 2 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms
of which 2 can accommodate 3 people and 1 2 people. Outside there
is a covered portico for the private use of the house with outdoor
table and chairs (40 square m). Situated near the main building
there are excellent views over the valleys and the medieval castle
and over the whole agriturismo. This completely independent house
is very bright and airy and has been built in what used to be the
barn where you can accommodate one or more families or a group of
friends. This is also furnished like the rest of the properties.

is also possible to buy organic produce, which have been grown and
certified directly, like white and black truffles, fruit, vegetables
and honey. Wine and oil are also available.

Dalia: (30 square m. 2 persons). Apartment situated on the first
floor. There is a living room, bedroom, bathroom, very romantic,
calm and fresh with view of the forest and rooftops. Furnished similar
to Abelia.

Mimosa: (80 square m. 4+2 persons). Apartment; ample apartment with
independent entrance placed on the ground floor near the swimming
pool. There is a large living room with TV, kitchen, 2 bedrooms
with room for 3 people in each, storeroom and bathroom. Situated
in the corner of the main building thi apartment is very quiet,
bright and airy and has been transformed from the old wine cantines.
Excellent views over the swimming pool and medieval castle and ideal
for a family or group of friends, you are guaranteed the comfort
of the typical tuscan apartment furnished similar to Abelia.
I)
Petunia: (50 square m. 4+1 persons). Independent house, it is slightly
removed from the rest of the property situated in the little forest.
There is a living room, kitchen, bathroom and 2 bedrooms, one with
3 bed spaces and one with 2 sofa beds. This house is stylishly furnished
and has private parking. There is also a private garden of approximately
200 square m where you can also find garden furniture for you to
sit out and relax in the sunshine. Situated inside the oak tree
forrest on a little hill with views over the main house and swimming
pool from it distances 50 m, from one side you can see the underlaying
valley and from the other the cultivated fields and medieval castle.
This propert is ideally situated to for a family or group of friends
who enjoy their privacy.
L)
Rosetta: (50 square m. 2+1 persons). Independent house, it is slightly
removed from the rest of the property. There is a living room with
one bed, small kitchen, bedroom for 2 and bathroom. Outside ther
is a 50 square m garden similar to that of Petunia with table and
chairs, all reserved for the guests of this house. Situated near
the oak tree forest, there are excellent views of the valleys, of
the truffle fields and the hills, which surround the Agriturismo.
This is also very romantic like all the other properties and rich
in charm ideal for 2 or 3 people who enjoy their privacy. A typical
