This
lovely newly renovated property
faces the Grand Canal`The hotel is comprised of two buildings
one dating from the 15th century
and the other from the 17th century, with a small garden in between.
The building which faces the Grand Canal is the Palazzo where Vivaldi
lived and composed his music. Some of the rooms face on the Grand
Canal and some face a side canal, where the boats can deliver guests
directly to the hotel. Rooms are beautifully appointed with upholstered
walls, white marble bathrooms and hydromassage tubs or showers.
There
is of course, satellite television, minibar and in room safe included.
During the restoration original decor has been preserved if possible.
Breakfast can be served on the roof garden facing the Grand Canal.
San zaqccaria is the closest stop for guests taking public transportation.
There is a private dock for water taxis.
