Palazzo Medici is a
Typical example of Florentine XVI century architecture; the restructuring
project has masterfully blended modern elements, such as the triangular
glass elevator, with the old ones like the columns in “pietra
serena”, beamed and coffered ceilings and wonderful frescoes.
Located in the neighbourhood of S. Spirito, one of the oldest and
well known in Florence, only 100 meters from the Arno River.

DESCRIPTION:
Located on the 1st floor, this residence includes a dining room,
a well equipped kitchen, a huge living room with very high coffered
ceilings, a guest bathroom, the master bedroom with wardrobe in
loft, a bathroom with shower, a small hallway with a closet, on
the lower level there are two double bedrooms (one with a small
bathroom en suite), a laundry room, and a bathroom with shower.
The living and dining room area as well as the kitchen maintain
the original cotto style floors, while the bedrooms have newer hardwood
floors, as well as coffered and beamed ceilings.
