The following prices are to give a range only, please call us for specific prices – as these will vary with the type of room, season and location; There is usually a 3 night minimum stay, some exceptions may apply.

***Notes to the prices:
The prices refer to one week rentals. On most of the properties marked by an
asterisk *; especially large villas, the minimum letting period is two weeks on properties

One-week rentals, if accepted, will carry a surcharge of 15%.
Prices include linen, electricity, gas, and water. Clients should take their own bathing towels.

Heating costs are not included in the price.  Please note that heating in Italy is more expensive compared to other countries. If you look for a property in winter time ask for an estimate of the heating cost.

Swimming Pools: Swimming pools are not open all year. If your rental period is outside the period May29-Oct2 please check with us if the pool can be opened.
Rental commencement day: Saturday
