 Villa
Giona, one of the most prestigious historical mansions of the Valpolicella
area, is a country residence from the Renaissance period near romantic
Verona and beautiful Lake Garda. Originally built in the early 16th-century,
the handsomely restored villa will make you feel a part of Italy's
rich history from the moment you arrive.
Fine Venetian hospitality will greet you, and the friendly staff,
perhaps even Paolo the owner, will show you to the spacious room that
will be yours for the week. In your room, you'll discover luxurious
furnishings and little touches throughout to help pamper you during
your stay.
There are six rooms and the three apartments of the 16th century villa
offer its guests comfort and tranquility, enabling them to discover
a sense of relaxation and pleasure in an original and exclusive way.
 Awake
to breakfast served in the loggia, where you'll find a variety of
delicious fresh pastries, cereals, fruits, yoghurts, and more. Linger
over a cappuccino and drink in the view of the gardens, while you
get ready for a day of culture and culinary delights. Inside the
villa, you will find an atmosphere of relaxation and many wonderful
treasures. Stop in the library, and look through the collection
of ancient books, or spend time perusing the beautiful collection
of artwork throughout the villa.
Twelve acres of lovely park and vineyards surround the stately mansion.
Spend your free time leisurely walking around the tranquil gardens
and ponds, or visiting with the resident duck and goose. Only a
few steps away, you'll find the beautiful vineyards; in a few years,
the Allegrini wine producers will harvest grapes for the premiere
of their new Villa Giona label.

It is divided into 2 similar 2 person apartments with entrance from
the ground floor, where there is a living/dining room with sofa,
table with chairs, and a kitchenette in the corner for a breakfast

bathroom. One of the apartments has a canopy and a fireplace in
the bedroom. Both apartments are air-conditioned and have private
phone line, safe, TV satellite and connection to Internet.
