This outstanding villa is set amongst green woods, vineyards and olive groves in a quiet location high in the hills north-west of Lucca. The views overlooking the surrounding countryside and the valley below are spectacular. The villa was restored very tastefully a few years ago and is elegantly furnished with antiques throughout, yet maintains the character of the original small manor house. A very well kept garden surrounds the house, where, on a side, a large oak tree offers the perfect comer for al fresco meals, in a shaded furnished area facing breathtaking views. The distinguished owners live in the villa during the winter months, while in the summer move to the close farmhouse, about 50 m away from the villa, when in residence.
