This apartment located on the 1st floor consists of a spacious living-room with sofa bed, a pleasant dining area, a small closet and a separate kitchenette.
The beautiful living-room has magnificent flooring in old “cotto” style and the bedroom has classic stave flooring; both rooms have antique coffered ceilings.
On the second level is the elegant master bedroom loft, open over the living-room, a bathroom with shower, a small laundry area, and a closet.

The Oltrarno area is characterized by narrow cobble-stone streets well-known for the many authentic antique restoration workshops belonging to famous Florentine artisans, as well as many cafes, restaurants, grocery stores, theatres and museums.
