Sleeps up to 6 This charming apartment, close to the Spanish steps, is on the second floor of a restored 17th Century building. There is an elevator.

The apartment is elegantly furnished with period furniture. Timbered and stucco ceilings, arched art deco glass doors, wooden floors of large planks, complete the special atmosphere.

All the rooms lead off a lovely long, main corridor with a series of arches surrounded by art deco glass. The ceilings are timbered and there are hardwood floors.

The furniture is antique and functional. The shower rooms have ochre painted wooden floors and coverings, modern fittings, heated towel racks and white ceramic glass shower stall.


The apartment has satellite TV, metered telephone and private safe and is fully air-conditioned. Internet connection possible - ask us about free local dial up in Italy.

Frattina has three double bedrooms, one with a small balcony overlooking an interior courtyard. This bedroom has its own bathroom; faces via Frattina and also has a bathroom, which is shared with the twin bedroom nearby.( this room can be furnished, on request, as a second sitting room (Concealed on the balcony is a washing machine.)
Close by this room is a bathroom with shower, sink, bidet and toilet.

The master bedroom has a double bed (that can be made in twins), wardrobe, table, chairs and a bathroom with shower.It faces via Frattina and also has a bathroom, which is shared with the twin bedroom nearby.( this room can be furnished, on request, as a second sitting room.

This room was originally an independent area – one passes through the 3rd bedroom to get to this one – or you can enter from a separate door from the outside hallway

There is a comfortably furnished living room and a kitchen/dining area.
