The following is a lovley estate that has been restored into a number of apartments which can be rented independently or it can be rented as one large estate. Casa Corna is a complex extremely flexible and multifunctional suiting either individuals or small/medium groups.
As a whole, the residence can accommodate up to 34 persons (plus 7 extra beds) in 17 double bedrooms.
The main building of the estate has 5 self catering apartments for 4 people and one for 2 people for a total of 22+2 sleeps. Some of them can be even connected.

a fitness room with sauna and solarium and permanent staff residing on site. a panoramic and large swimming pool (140 sqm.) and an open Jacuzzi pool (20 sqm.; also a wine tasting room; lovely terrace for outside eating

Located by the romantic castle of Montebenichi within the province of Arezzo but only 20 min drive from Siena, Casa Corna is an ideal starting point to visit the major Tuscan art towns as well as the Chianti and Crete Senesi regions.
Six independent and self catering apartments for 2 or 4 persons, four double suites one of which has facilities for disabled persons and one independent villa for 4+2 persons.

The suites are named Le Rose, I noci, Gli Olivi and I Cipressi. The villa is called Casa Caterina

Torre, 4 persons, along with Casa Giorgio, is located in the oldest part of the complex: On the first floor, this apartment has a cosy living room with a lovely fireplace and stone stairs leading to the top of the tower where, under a beautiful beamed ceiling a double bedroom with bathroom is located. Next to the living room there is the second bedroom
with a splendid view and a bathroom. The yellow walls and the welcoming
fireplace make this a perfect place for a romantic stay. The apartment
also has a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, satellite TV,
phone and internet connection. This apartment can be connected with Casa Giorgio through connecting doors.
Casa Giorgio, 4 persons, On the first floor, this apartment has a large living room with a huge fireplace, two double bedrooms finely restored showing the old stones and ancient niche which add a touch of originality.
This apartment can be connected with La Torre through internal doors.
Each bedroom has a private bathroom with bathtub or shower. The apartment
also has a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, satellite TV,
phone and internet connection in every room.
Casa Niccoḷ, 4 persons
This apartment has two
double bedrooms on the first floor, one of them with a tasteful four-poster
bed. On the ground floor there is the living room and a separate large
equipped kitchen. The apartment has air conditioning, satellite TV,
phone and internet connection.
Casa Francesco, 2 persons On the ground floor, this little, cosy and finely decorated apartment has a living room
with kitchenette, a double bedroom and a bathroom. The apartment has
satellite TV, phone and internet connection.
Casa Giovanni, 4+1 persons This apartment has a living room on the ground floor and a separate kitchen, two double
bedrooms on the first floor one of them with a lovely mezzanine that
can be used as an additional bed or living room. The apartment also
has a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, satellite TV, phone
and internet connection.
Casa Ferdinando, 4+1 persons.
This large apartment
has a living room on the ground floor and a large and traditionally
furnished kitchen. The two double bedrooms are on the first floor
one of them with a four poster bed and a lovely mezzanine that can
be used as an additional bed or living room. The apartment also has
a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, satellite TV, phone and
internet connection.
Villa Caterina, 4 persons +2 This little villa is an independent
house of 105 sqm set apart from the other buildings with two double
bedrooms, three bathroom a large and bright living room with fire
place and a sofabed and a kitchen.
La Locanda is made up of 4 suites for 2 persons each It is an independent house set apart from
the main building and has four suites plus a common area with a living
room with fireplace and a kitchen and a bathroom. Each suite (double
bedroom and bathroom) has its own air conditioning system, fridgebar
and safe. One suite has facilities for disabled people. The suites
are named. Le Rose, I Cipressi, Gli Olivi, I Noci.
Suite "I noci"
- Sleeps 2 (upper level Locanda suite), King (or 2 twins) bedroom,
small kitchen corner (no dishwasher) and a bathroom with tub and handheld
shower. 35 square meters.
Suite "Le rose" - sleeps 2+1 (ground floor Locanda suite), Queen (cannot be made
into twins) bedroom with french doors, bathroom with tub and handheld
shower, sofa bed, mini bar. 35 square meters.• Suite "I cipressi"
- sleeps 2+1 (Locanda suite) King (or 2 twins) bedroom,
independent entrance, handicap facilities, mini bar, sofa bed, bathroom
with hand held shower. Please note there are stairs to the common
living room and dining area. 35 square meters.• Suite "Gli
olivi" - sleeps 2 (upper floor Locanda suite) The honeymoon suite!
Queen bedroom with 4-poster bed, bathroom with tub and handheld shower,
mini bar. 35 square meters.

Extra bed cost:
In some accommodation one or two extra beds can be added. Children from 0 to 8 years old, the extra bed is free of charge. From 8 to 16 years old an extra bed costs 30 euro per night. From 16 years old the price per bed per night is 50 euro.

Bedroom cleaning, linen change and towels replacement: 20 euro per bedroom.

The private restaurant has 30 seats indoor and an additional 40 outdoor in the panoramic terrace or up to 80 seats in the garden.
All kind of wedding related services are available on site or can easily be outsourced locally. Many cultural and leisure activities can be organised to entertain the guests from cooking classes to winery tour, concerts etc.
