  Vacation Property Details

  Fattoria is made up of a village of ancient farmhouses and dates back to 1427. Lovingly restored by an art collector, this lovely estate is ideal for a couple or a family as there are one bedroom, two and three bedroom units. It is also possible to rent the entire property for a large group

  The exclusive rooms and apartments are nicely furnished with a mix of lovely restored antiques and modern paintings and sculptures.
  The ancient wooden rafters of the ceilings, the floors, the big stony fireplaces, the charm of the period furniture together with that of the contemporary art paintings on the walls: this is the warm atmosphere and the style of all our rooms and of our flats.

  The apartments and the bedrooms are fitted out with fully equipped kitchens, direct-dial telephones, satellite TV, Internet access, radio, safes and adjustable heating.

    Sports and Fitness: An ultramodern facility with solarium and flowerbeds situated in one of the most attractive and panoramic spots on the estate. Measuring 18 by 10 meters (59 x 33 feet), the pool is equipped with hydro-massage units, lightly salty water and small beach.

    The owner is an art patron and collector and has accumulated an impressive array of modern works. These are part of a permanent collection here - and can be found on various outside locations - as well as throughout the various apartments.

    Various works and sculptures of major contemporary Italian and foreign artists are installed in some of the most attractive parts of the village and in the gardens of the master’s villa.

    
    The Art Center's activities have as their object all the expressions of the contemporary visual arts: painting, sculpture, video art and photography. In particular the Art Centre organises: Stays for artists from all over the world, Work and creation symposiums, seminars and stages, thematic conferences, artists' exhibitions and performances.
    The Art Centre has: accommodation facilities for the artists' stays consisting in a few studio-flats (with bathroom and cooking area) completely furnished and provided with all the modern comforts; equipped laboratory; common meeting halls: living room , reading room, video room, bar, large convivial kitchen; exhibition hall.
