This villa is a beautifully restored 16th century house, situated on a well known estate near Lucca. 7 bedrooms each with own bathroom, wonderful setting for family get-togethers.
The ancient cotto floors, beamed ceilings and old fireplaces have all been preserved. The rooms are spacious and very light and tastefully furnished with antiques. In the huge kitchen, there is a beautiful big fireplace.
Vacation Property Details
The property also has a lovely large, flat garden on three sides of the villa, with several shaded areas. To the front of the villa there is the swimming pool with views over the plain of Lucca below.
The house has satellite TV, VCR and hi-fi system. The maid who takes care of the villa is also an excellent cook and on request will cook local dishes for clients. A tennis court is available on the estate.

This is a lovely house for families, reunions, large groups; if there is a larger group - can be rented together Casa Maria (10), Casa Claudia(10) or il Leccio (12);
Recently restorations have created a number of smaller units that can be rented nightly if you require just a little more space.
For large groups it is recommended you book at least 6 months or more in advance;
It is possible to arrange cooking classes, bike excursions, riding and more - just let us know.
