The beautifully restored stone country home is located half way between the art cities of Florence and Siena. You can relax and unwind on the wisteria-covered loggia or on the covered porch. The pool and the pool area are surrounded by flowers, lawn and old terracotta pots.

This has a dining terrace overlooking the pool and the gardens and a large living area adjoining the kitchen.
There is a twin bedroom with its own entrance to the gardens and an adjoining bathroom with bathtub and shower over. There is a laundry room with washing machine and dryer on this floor.
1st floor: On this floor there is a study area with internet access, a family room with a single bed. The master suite has a king sized bed, and a large ensuite bathroom with tub and separate shower.
A further twin bedroom (which can be joined to form a king-sized bed) and an adjoining bathroom with bathtub and separate shower complete the floor
Barn: very close to the main house - Living room with double bed and sofabed, kitchen, bathroom
Note:
Most bedrooms have their own private entrances, but all in the main house are connected by the interior stairways
