The impressive stone-built villa with its traditional Tuscan architecture was exceptionally restored and divided into five spacious, luxurious apartments that meet highest standards.
Each apartment is very nicely furnished with antiques and Tuscan country-style pieces. Stylish fabrics and exquisite accessories complete the furnishing.
Each apartment also includes a fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a fireplace, an outdoors dining area with barbecue, heating and air-conditioning, stereo, satellite TV, telephone and free high-speed broadband (WI-FI) internet access.
Cosy bedrooms with beautiful iron beds and high quality bed linen create an outstanding atmosphere. All bathrooms are completely new and very tastefully equipped. Each apartment has a private garden.

This is a lovely estate, with the added benefit of being able to walk into the nearby town of Panzano. Here you will find some lovely little restaurants, the famous 'singing butcher' Dario, some little shops and cafes and more; A bus runs from here into Florence only 30 min away - avoids parking hassles once there.
The Conca d'Oro Estate can also be rented as a whole villa - sleeping up to 22 using all 5 apartments. Lovely for weddings, reunions and even for incentive meetings.
