The living quarters unfold in succession from the kitchen : there is a small office communicating with the TV room, a spacious lounge with a fireplace decorated in pleasantly harmonious colours, restrained and elegant contemporary furniture in light tones and a dining room that can accommodate numerous guests and opens out to the west side of the house and the vineyards. These reception rooms are open plan, airy and wonderfully light, but above all comfortable and welcoming. They all open out through French windows on the front of the house onto a large gravelled terrace decorated with plants and facing south.
On either side of the terrace deck chairs have been arranged under giant Micocouliers trees, thus creating outdoor sitting areas with different atmospheres. At the bottom end of this terrace, there are some dry stone stairs to reach a large grassy area featuring the swimming pool.
On the first floor: A prettily decorated and furnished landing marks the entrance to this floor. Opposite are separate toilets.
On the left hand side: One double bedroom with 1,60m bed (twin beds linked together) with a faded pink “Toile de Jouy” typical “boutis” style bedspread. This room has three windows: one to the front of the house overlooking the terrace to the south and the other two opening to the west with a view of the gates and the long drive bordered by cypresses.

The en suite bathroom has a provençale shower, twin wash hand basin and toilet. This is a lovely room with romantic decoration in tones of pastel blue, stucco finished walls and French style period decoration on the ceiling. The bathroom in tones of grey and white is spacious and very comfortable.
Now...back to the lovely stairs to reach the next floor whilst discovering some of the interesting art on the walls!

Slightly to the right and up a few steps you get to separate toilets. On the left hand side: One double bedroom with 1,60m bed (twin beds linked together), a window opens out onto the south terrace. Curtains are a very fresh and cheerful striped red fabric. On one side two further windows offer stunning views of the area and the Pinchinats hill just opposite, on the other side of the old road leading to the Alps, that you can just about make out trough the trees. Large en suite shower, in shades of beige and natural tones, with a wash hand basin in a wooden cabinet. This is separated from the sleeping area by slatted shutters used as a screen.
Further along in the corridor there is a large bedroom with 3 single beds and a wash hand basin that is suited for a dormitory for 3 children. There are two windows, one to the west and one facing the back of the house. The decoration is cheerful and bright.
