Vacation Property Details

This Monterosso house is a former hunting lodge built at the end of the nineteenth century on a hill just above the village of Monterosso.
It is surrounded by vineyards as well as lemon trees, and is immersed in the scent of pine trees and brooms. There are outstanding views from either side of the property; the eastern side looks out to the Cinque Terre as far as the island of Tino, and the western side has a view of Punta Mesco that stands out from the sea.

The villa is part of a 5000 square metre estate that extends on two sides of a hill cultivated with vineyards, lemon trees, and a vegetable garden.
The old town of Monterosso is just at a ten minute walk away, reachable by a footpath that goes past a Capuchin convent. A shorter path from the house leads to the sea.
