This property consists of 3 charming apartments located on an active winery in the heart of Chianti. The winery is located within the most enchanting vineyards of the CHIANTI CLASSICO area about 4 km from Panzano in Chianti.
The estate`s origins date back to the year 1427 and it is now owned by a young couple who always pays the greatest attention to the quality of their products (wines, olive oil, grappa). In 1998 the estate obtained the recognition as an Organic Farm.
Now the winery offers three nicely furnished and comfortable apartments from where the guests are able to observe the work at the estate, but enjoy also complete privacy and quiet. The views onto the vineyards, olive groves and the medieval town of Panzano in Chianti are spectacular.
The biggest of the apartments of about 900 sq ft, (about 88 sq m)located on the ground floor, consists of a double bedroom with access to a small panoramic balcony, a twin-bedded room and a wide living room. A good-sized spacious bathroom with a shower.
From the living room you exit onto a private terrace with lovely views of the surrounding vineyards and countryside.
The apartment includes a convenient kitchen in one of those special Italian designed 'armoire kitchen' that can be closed. and a spacious bathroom with a shower.
